The traditional World Cup final will take place again in 2021/2022 in Planica, Slovenia. At the weekend there are two individual and one team competitions on the impressive ski flying hill.

Where do you jump?

Planica is a district of Ratece and the name of a valley in the Julian Alps in north-western Slovenia, stretching south from Ratece and not far from the well-known ski resort of Kranjska Gora.

Planica is internationally known for its ski jumping and ski flying hills and is therefore also called the “Valley of the Hills”. The first ski jumping hill was built in 1930, the Letalnica ski flying hill built in 1969 was long considered the largest and currently the second largest ski flying hill in the world.
