After the Champions League, the intermediate round of the Europa League was drawn in Nyon. With Lazio Rome, SSC Napoli and Betis Sevilla, there were some tough nuts for the German teams in the lottery pots. In the end, however, there were solvable tasks. RB Leipzig meets San Sebastian. BVB is up against the Glasgow Rangers. The matches will be played on February 17, 2022, the return matches will take place a week later.
The fans of Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayer Leverkusen still have to be patient. Your opponents for the round of 16 will not be drawn until the end of the playoff games on February 25th. After successfully performing in the knockout round, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig could also be in the lottery pots there.
