It’s a Époissesa soft cheese whose orange rind is washed with Burgundy marc, which was rewarded in Tours during the world of cheese. Epoisses Berthaut Perrière, from the Berthaut cheese shoplocated in the heart of the village of Epoisses in Burgundy, came first among 1,600 cheeses and dairy products in the running, all products made with at least 50% milk.

Presentation, cut, texture, aromas, taste… each cheese has been carefully scrutinized, tasted and rated by a jury of nearly 250 international professionals.

An exhibition to get into the scent
