Friend intentionally run over – 18 years in prison for murder

A 24-year-old woman in Great Britain has been jailed for many years because she intentionally ran over her fiancé. A court in the western English city of Chester convicted the woman on Friday Murder to life imprisonment. She can only be released again after 18 years at the earliest. The student lost her temper because of an argument and used her vehicle as a weapon, said prosecutor Andrew Ford.
The couple was returning home from a party in May 2022 when the woman got into her car and drove into her boyfriend. He got back up, but his partner ran over him again. The 24-year-old ended up under the vehicle and was dragged another 160 meters. The drunken perpetrator reported to neighbors who called an ambulance. The emergency doctor could only determine that the man was dead.
