Endometriosis is one of the chronic inflammatory diseases. The symptoms are diverse and are caused or aggravated by endometriosis lesions and inflammatory reactions. An anti-inflammatory diet can indeed often reduce the intensity of pain. Whether such a diet also has an influence on the disease itself has not yet been investigated.
