Emmanuel Macron asked Élisabeth Borne and François Braun for an immediate emergency plan

BFM TV INFO. The Head of State was very alerted by the open letter published Friday by 4,000 pediatric caregivers.

Friday, 4,000 pediatric caregivers sent an open letter to Emmanuel Macron, to denounce what they describe as the saturation of public hospital services. A letter that the head of state read, learned BFMTV from the president’s entourage, and which strongly alerted him.

According to this same source, Emmanuel Macron asked Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne and Minister of Health François Braun for an immediate emergency plan on this subject. Broad consultations will have to open after the winter.

In their letter, the pediatric caregivers had notably alerted to the epidemic of bronchiolitis, which saturates the already bloodless services. Earlier in the day, the minister in charge of the health professions Agnès Firmin-Le Bodo had said to bring her “support” to the caregivers.
