Several contenders have been cited in recent days to take over from Elisabeth Borne. Among them, the discreet Minister of Defense, Sébastien Lecornu, close to Emmanuel Macron from the right. But also two Macronists from the start: Richard Ferrand, former president of the National Assembly, and Julien Denormandie, already minister three times.
