POLITICS – It has now reached 20. Élisabeth Borne this Friday, December 1, once again triggered article 49.3 of the Constitution in the National Assembly, this time to obtain the final adoption without a vote of the draft budget of the Social Security.
This use of 49.3 prompted the announcement of a new motion of censure by the LFI group, which, like the previous ones, should be rejected. This will constitute definitive adoption of the Social Security Financing Bill (PLFSS) for 2024.
