According to Oleh Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, the two Russian S-300 missiles hit the hotel, located in the Kyivskyi district and at around 10:30 p.m. (9:30 p.m. Paris time). inside which there were thirty civilians. Nine of the eleven injured were hospitalized and two were treated on site, he added on Telegram. He said the most seriously injured person was a 35-year-old man. The other injured are three men aged 31 to 38 and seven women aged 23 to 71, he continued.
