A new season of “Kitchen Impossible” begins: From February 12, Tim Mälzer will again ask colleagues to duel.

It’s going round again at VOX: The eighth season of the successful cooking format “Kitchen Impossible” starts on February 12 at 8:15 p.m. (also on RTL+). In the new episodes, TV chef Tim Mälzer (51) challenges his colleagues again. A special feature: Two specials are planned this time.

Two specials on “Kitchen Impossible”

For the first time, an entire episode will take place in the United States. There will also be a “Best Friends Edition” again. Tim Mälzer, Tim Raue (48) and Hans Neuner (46) compete against each other. In addition, the host will compete twice against two people: father-son duo Walter and Sascha Stemberg and the couple Elif Oskan and Markus Stöckle challenge him. Thomas Bühner (61), René Frank (39), Edi Frauneder (born 1977), Philipp Vogel (41) and Graciela Cucchiara are also in the new season. This time, the cooking duels will take place in Costa Rica, Vietnam, Sweden, Singapore and Argentina.

In the opening episode on February 12, Walter and Sascha Stemberg will face Tim Mälzer. The season finale, the “Best Friends Edition”, is scheduled for April 2nd. Mälzer has been competing in front of the TV cameras since 2016. The professionals send each other to two places to perfectly recreate the specialty of a local chef under the most difficult conditions.
