Sarwar Sadozai turns the corner with two plates and brings them to the two women at the window table. Both are regular customers from the neighborhood and react almost enthusiastically when the lamb, the baked tomato, the tasty rice with the coriander dip is on the table in front of them. “Ah, delicious, so delicious, great,” says one. Shortly afterwards the door of the restaurant on Gronsdorfer Straße in Haar opens. A boy comes in and places his order with the 44-year-old cook from Afghanistan, who obviously has mastered the kitchen of his home country with great art. “A Kaiserschmarrn please,” he says and takes a step back.
