Drunk driver is stopped twice in one day – district of Munich

A 23-year-old driver without a driver’s license, drunk and under the influence of narcotics was picked up twice by the police in Kirchheim on Monday. The police first became aware of the man at 8.40 a.m. in a supermarket parking lot after he had been involved in a traffic accident there. After the complaint was made, the 23-year-old asked the police officers not to take the car key from him because he wanted to spend the night in his van. The police complied with this request. At noon of the same day, the same police officers recorded another accident when the 23-year-old drove past them in his van. The officers stopped the young man, filed a complaint again and secured the vehicle keys.
