Drug trafficker arrested in Dubai soon retried

The French national Moufide Bouchibi, targeted by an international arrest warrant issued by the specialized interregional jurisdiction of Bordeaux (JIRS) will return to a Bordeaux court.

A total of fifteen people were convicted in September 2015 for acts committed from January 1, 2011 to March 1, 2012.

Acting from Morocco, Moufide Bouchibi was targeted by an arrest warrant in 2012. He had already been sentenced four times in France for drug trafficking. “The criminal organization engaged in regular imports of hundreds of kilograms of cannabis from Spain. The drugs were supplied by Moufide Bouchibi, ”the statement said.

The convicted person must be handed over to French justice and a new judgment by the JIRS de Bordeaux will be scheduled.
