Dresden public prosecutor accuses doctor of forged corona certificates

The Dresden public prosecutor has filed charges against a doctor on suspicion of issuing incorrect health certificates in 549 cases. As the investigating authority announced on Wednesday, the 66-year-old is said to have acted commercially in 188 cases. According to public prosecutor Jürgen Schmidt, these are cases in which at least 50 euros were required for a certificate.

The doctor is accused of having issued so-called “compliance certificates” since the beginning of the corona pandemic, in which the respective patient is wrongly certified that wearing a mouth and nose protector is contraindicated and that there is an unlimited ban on vaccination of any kind or for medical reasons Covid-19 tests are only possible via saliva.

According to prosecutors, the patients should not have been examined. The accused is also accused of having issued PCR test evidence and rapid antigen test evidence for the corona virus without test results from laboratories being available or the people having carried out a rapid test under supervision, it said. According to investigators, the accused demanded a fee of at least 25 euros for the respective test certificate.

The accused is said to have earned at least 29,736.45 euros from all of the acts she was accused of. The doctor, who is assigned by the public prosecutor’s office to the Reich citizen or self-governing scene and who describes herself as a member of the “Germaniten indigenous people”, is in custody. She did not provide any information about the allegation. According to the information, further investigations are underway against the doctor after searches in June. They said it would take some time.
