Borussia Dortmund’s footballers didn’t play arrogantly on Tuesday evening. In order to wrest a thoroughly satisfactory 1-1 (1-0) draw from their host PSV Eindhoven in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League, they refrained from body language arrogance and instead tried to show the necessary seriousness. There were a few things wrong with the game, for example the ball was often lost far too quickly, but with a bit of luck for the fragile defense it was still enough to create a promising starting position for the second leg on March 13th. BVB is looking forward to reaching the quarter-finals for the first time in three years.
