Dorint boss Iserlohe complains about home offices and half-educated politicians – business

Dirk Iserlohe is chairman of the supervisory board of the Dorint hotel chain. In the interview he complains about home office workers and half-educated politicians. And he explains how the industry will develop.

Dirk Iserlohe receives guests in Cologne in one of the French bistros that his wife runs in some of his hotels. The 59-year-old is co-owner and chairman of the supervisory board of the Dorint hotel group, which recently achieved sales of a good 250 million euros with 3,800 employees. Over tarte flambée and espresso, Iserlohe talks about his journey from the savings bank counter to the hotelier, about stingy guests – and about the lawsuit with which he wants to go to the Federal Constitutional Court.
