Carina Belyamna set up a digital classroom for her students during the corona pandemic so that they could keep in touch with everyone. The teacher has now received an award for this commitment.
This year, the Munich “Inner Wheel Prize for Civil Courage” was aimed at “heroes of the corona crisis”. Among 49,000 Bavarian teachers, those who were particularly committed during the pandemic were sought. Carina Belyamna, teacher at the elementary school in Dorfen Nord, won the second prize and thus prize money of 1,500 euros for her own creative ways of supporting students and families.
