Donald Trump found ineligible by the Colorado Supreme Court in this state

The Supreme Court upheld the lower court’s ruling in November finding that he had “engaged in rebellion on January 6, 2021” during the storming of the Capitol.

The Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled Donald Trump ineligible for the presidency due to his actions during the 2020 election and ordered the withdrawal of ballots in his name from the Republican primaries for the 2024 presidential election in that state.
