Kwon told his followers that he did not see his name on Interpol’s list of people for “Search and make temporary arrests. [… ] awaiting extradition, surrender or similar legal action.” Not all titles at Interpol are open to the public.
Kwon listed his location in Singapore on his Twitter account at the time of publication. But a Sept. 17 report from Reuters suggests he may no longer be in the country. In South Korea, dual citizenship is generally not allowed, but there are some exceptions. But it is unclear whether Kwon holds a passport for more than one country.
Kwon, Terra and some company employees It has been the target of an investigation by the South Korean financial authorities.
