Do it: Boris Palmer and the question: “What else can one say? – Culture

Most recently, it was again the Mayor of Tübingen, Boris Palmer, who used the word five times in less than a minute. At a Frankfurt conference, Palmer was therefore insulted as a Nazi by demonstrators, which he in turn described as nothing more than a Jewish star. There followed: an outcry, then newspaper articles saying things about Palmer that we need to talk about again, an apology from Palmer that seems to relate only to the Star of David comparison, and finally the Green Party’s long-awaited one resignation. And then, at the much-cited regulars’ tables and in general, the question again: “What else can one actually say?”.
