A ruined building made of solid concrete has been standing in the mountains of the Rosenheim district for years. The farmer and the authorities argue about what such a building could do for a farmer. Now a court has to decide again.
Many things can be built with concrete, it can be shaped in many ways until it hardens. On the Samerberg in the Rosenheim district, a farmer had a special building cast in concrete in 2015, two rooms, together 100 square meters in size, five meters high, five small windows made of insulating glass. It should have been a barn back then, as a shelter for a few cattle. At least that’s how the farmer from neighboring Rohrdorf explained his building to the Samerberg municipal councils.
