Since Princess Kate (42) underwent surgery on her stomach in January, rumors have been swirling about her health. Since then, many fans have speculated about what kind of surgery it might have been. Hysterectomy, i.e. the removal of the uterus, is at the forefront of rumors. How TMZ now reported, something could have gone wrong, as Dr. George Crawford suspects: “If a patient suffers from adhesions or scar tissue, then it is not uncommon for additional organs to have to be removed out of necessity.”
However, the doctor also makes it clear that he is not sure that Kate had complications during the operation. He just puts forward theories about why Prince William’s wife (41) was in the hospital for so long. However, Piers Morgan (58) claims TMZthat he spoke to a source who claims that doctors may have found a problem during the planned surgery – which in turn would explain the long hospital stay.
After the operation, the hospital staff apparently tried to get access to Kate’s medical records in order to then pass the information on to the media. An investigation into the alleged violation was subsequently initiated. If this proves to be true, the clinic could face a fine of up to 19 million euros.
