Carol Vorderman has shared impressive footage of herself doing high kicks in her kitchen today.

The former Countdown maths whiz, 62, impressed her 392,000 Instagram followers, who were watching eagle-eyed as she repeatedly thrust one of her legs high into the air.

“I love doing this in the kitchen… like a really cheap version [of] the parallel bars… Lols,”(sic) the astonishingly flexible star captioned the video, which saw her chuckling with enthusiasm.
