Wolves 1-0 West Ham

There’s concern for Jarrod Bowen at Molineux with the West Ham and England star currently down holding his arm and receiving treatment on the pitch.

This would be a huge blow for the Hammers and England if Bowen is unable to continue.

Goal: Aston Villa 2-0 Brentford (Morgan Rogers)

It’s a brilliant build-up led by Youri Tielemans as he bursts through midfield before spreading the ball as Morgan Rogers rounds off a beautiful move.

Clearly Emery’s half time team-talk gave the hosts renewed motivation as Villa double their lead with Brentford caught sleeping after the break.

HALF TIME: Aston Villa 1-0 Brentford

Ollie Watkins gave Villa the lead late in the half with a scrappy finish amongst a congested penalty box, but they all count!

Villa will go five-points clear of Tottenham in fifth if they can grab all three points today.

HALF TIME: Fulham 0-0 Newcastle

Nothing to separate the two teams at Craven Cottage with Newcastle also being hampered by an injury to Joe Willock who was forced off in the first half.

HALF TIME: Luton 0-0 Bournemouth

A dead rubber so far at Kenilworth Road but both sides have gone close to changing that.

Luton started the stronger of the two teams but Bournemouth have started to threaten with Justin Kluivert lively in attack.

HALF TIME: Everton 1-0 Burnley

Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s strike in stoppage time gives Everton the lead at Goodison and what a huge win it would be if they can hold as the Toffees attempt to increase the gap to the relegation zone.

HALF TIME: Wolves 1-0 West Ham

Pablo Sarabia’s penalty is the difference at Molineux, with West Ham looking far below their usual best and there’s not been much so far to suggest they can come back into this one.

Goal: Everton 1-0 Burnley (Dominic Calvert-Lewin)

Breakthrough at Goodison and now the goals are rolling in around the Premier League.

This was a goal all of Burnley’s own making as they mess around with the ball at the back and Calvert-Lewin is there to pounce.

It’s two goals in two games for the Everton star who has been largely absent today prior to that strike.

Fulham 0-0 Newcastle

It’s another injury worry for Newcastle as Joe Willock is forced to withdraw with a problem.

Elliot Anderson is brought on as his replacement and you have to feel sorry for Eddie Howe who has had to deal with so many injuries this season.

Goal: Aston Villa 1-0 Brentford (Ollie Watkins)

It’s chaos in the box as a header from Ollie Watkins is tipped onto the post before the ball begins ricocheting around the penalty area.

It’s not 100 per cent clear who got the final touch but it’s been given to Watkins on his return to the starting side.

Fulham 0-0 Newcastle

Dominic Hogan, Mail Sport at Craven Cottage: ‘The Fulham fans are far from impressed with Martin Dubravka.

The Newcastle stopper has twice gone down hurt holding his knee – which the home supporters are seeing as impeding their side’s impressive momentum so far in this one.

‘His second spell on the ground even brought on chants of ‘Cheat! Cheat! Cheat!’ from the stands. Dubravka in fairness doesn’t look to be feigning injury, but he’s certainly made more than a few enemies on his trip to the capital.’

Fulham 0-0 Newcastle

It’s much better from Newcastle as Anthony Gordon is found in space on the edge of the box, but the England international can’t get the ball out from under his feet and the danger is cleared.

Everton 0-0 Burnley

James Tarkowski is shown a deserved yellow card as Burnley continue to find their feet at Goodison Park.

Neither team wants to really go for it yet and you feel the first goal will be the decisive one between the two relegation-battling sides.

Goal: Wolves 1-0 West Ham (Pablo Sarabia)

Up steps Pablo Sarabia and he smashes it into the bottom corner. That’s the former PSG star’s fourth Premier League goal of the season.

Finally we are up and running in the Premier League!

Wolves 0-0 West Ham

We have a penalty at Molineux as Emerson clatters into Ait-Nouri and the referee points straight to the spot.

Wolves 0-0 West Ham

We are still without a goal in any Premier League game today but Wolves are doing their best to change that narrative as Fabianski is forced into making a couple of smart saves.

Who will be the first to open the top-flight floodgates today?!

Everton 0-0 Luton

This is a very conservative approach from Everton with us yet to see a shot on target at Goodison Park.

Sean Dyche won’t care about the performance if the hosts get three points, but the longer this game remains goalless the more you sense it benefits Burnley.

Luton 0-0 Bournemouth

You could park a bus in the gaps of Luton’s defence and Bournemouth are looking dangerous with every venture forward.

Things breakdown as Kluivert surges forward on this occasion but the visitors are growing in confidence.

Fulham 0-0 Newcastle

We said Fulham were dominating and very nearly take the lead as Joao Palhinha’s curling effort sails just inches wide of the post.

Fulham 0-0 Newcastle

It’s not been the lieveliest of starts at Craven Cottage but Marco Silva’s side have been the more impressive of the two teams.

Newcastle have struggled on the road this season and seem a bit rusty in this one so far.

Luton 0-0 Bournemouth

That’s a huge let-off for Luton as James Tavernier’s free-kick clips the woodwork before bouncing out of play.

The hosts have controlled the opening exchanges but have been given a warning there.

Luton 0-0 Bournemouth

Bournemouth are trying to counter-punch everything Luton do with Justin Kuivert looking lively, but the hosts are still on top.

It’s been a concurrent theme at Kenilworth Road this season with the hosts starting strongly, but they really need to produce a complete performance today.

Wolves 0-0 West Ham

The most interesting thing from this match so far is Lemina changing his boots from white to red. Both teams are safe from relegation but points and places higher up the table are up for grabs.

Aston Villa 0-0 Brentford

Villa have a set-piece from a dangerous position on the edge of the box but the effort nestles into the sidenetting. That was close.

Luton 0-0 Bournemouth

Luton are 10 games without a win and are showing signs they could break that streak today with Ross Barkley starting brightly as the hosts try to exert control.

You feel the Hatters have to win today as they seek to avoid relegation.

Everton 0-0 Burnley

It’s a predictably nervous start at Goodison Park as Everton look to recycle the ball around defence before trying to go long up to Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

Aston Villa 0-0 Brentford

The Bees have started strongly with Reguilon breaking into the box before Leon Bailey slides in with a crunching tackle.

Newcastle seeking to extend unbeaten streak

It’s been a difficult season for Newcastle, largely hampered by injuries, but they can go three games unbeaten today at Craven Cottage.

Eddie Howe has been under some pressure to find an improvement in form during the end of season run-in and history is on their side having not lost at Fulham since 2016.

John McGinn returns for Villa

Villa were well beaten by Man City earlier in the week but are boosted by the return of their captain for today’s clash against Brentford.

John McGinn has served his three-match suspension after previously being sent off against Tottenham and slots right back in to Unai Emery’s starting side.

Everton explain Idrissa Gueye’s absence

Everton are without two midfielders in the form of Idrissa Gueye and Amadou Onana, with Sean Dyche revealing the reasons for both their absence from Goodison Park.

Gueye’s partner gave birth last night and in the wise words of Dyche has ‘a lot on his plate’ while Onana is recovering from injury.

Man City have just beat Crystal Palace 4-2 at Selhurst Park to move level on 70 points with Liverpool at the top of the Premier League.

It was an emphatic performance from Pep Guardiola’s title-challengers who initially went behind before Kevin de Bruyne inspired the visitors to a brilliant comeback.

You can follow all the reaction from that game below.
