The Athletic are reporting that Manchester United have made a joint double bid worth £60m for Harry Maguire and Scott McTominay.
Other outlets are reporting that the bids are separate and worth a similar value and will be negotiated separately.
But crucially, it’s believed both proposals are closer towards what United would actually accept for both meaning we could see movement.
United have already had a £20m offer rejected for Harry Maguire earlier in the window but now they are hopeful of moving the defender on despite his initial reluctance to join West Ham.
Maguire was booed at Old Trafford on Sunday after making a mistake against Athletic Club which led to a goal.
