Kristen Bell “lacked vanity” after becoming stranded with her husband and kids, paying $600 to sleep on the floor, claims a body language expert.
The couple and their two young children were reportedly kicked out of Boston airport after the family had nowhere to go.
They had no choice but to set up camp and wait out the nine-hour delay in the terminal of Logan International Airport.
After sharing their reaction to the ordeal on social media, behavior experts tell Express.co.uk that they “made the best of things”.
James added: “Dax actually admires her bum while she is doing it and she shares the joke. Lying on the floor he can’t stop grinning his asymmetric grin of what looks like authentic fun as he chats to Kristen, even using self-effacing humour to tell how he only bought one toothbrush for them all.
“His smile and his softened eye expression looks like a real look of love for Kristen as he talks to her.
“The way he stops rubbing his eye to place both hands behind his head looks like a philosophical approach to events and his brow-flash and eye-widening as he relates their story again suggests good humour under challenging circumstances.”
The video showed Kristen, Dax, and their children trying to settle down with family and friends at the gate of the airport.
She said they had been making time pass by playing card games like Uno and Spades.
After learning that their flight had been moved to the next day, they intended to stay put in the airport.
“We made quite a home here,” she captioned a selfie, which showed the actress posing with a toothbrush hanging out of her mouth.
Lucky for the family their issue was resolved when they were eventually given a place to stay by some friends who presumably lived in the area.
Kristen shared the update alongside a glimpse of their new home for the night, writing: “Thankfully we found friends of friends who offered us their attics and accepted us at 1am!!!!!!”
