Dr. Paul Nassif says ‘RHOBH’ led to the ‘demise’ of Adrienne Maloof marriage

Dr. Paul Nassif said letting cameras follow his and ex-wife Adrienne Maloof around on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” led to the “demise” of their marriage.

The “Botched” star, 61, appeared on the first three seasons of the hit Bravo reality show back when Maloof was a main cast member.

The pair, who were married for 10 years before their divorce in 2012, were known for their playful bickering and onscreen disagreements.

“I don’t think I’d ever do something like that again, especially if look at my background with this,” Dr. Nassif told E! News.

“I think being on a reality show, it did speed up our demise and divorce. I think it was going to happen anyway, eventually.”

During their ill-fated union, the pair welcomed three children: Gavin, 20, and 17-year-old twins Christian and Colin.

And despite the fact that they’re no longer together, the pair share a close relationship as they continue to co-parent their three boys.

“I’ve talked to her at least probably five, six times a week,” he said of his ex-wife, “which is a good thing for our kids.”

Following his divorce from Maloof in 2012, Dr. Nassif went on to find love with his second wife, Brittany.

The pair tied the knot in a lavish LA ceremony in September 2019, and followed it up with a reception in Greece that October.

The pair went on to welcome daughter Paulina in 2020.

When asked if he and his wife ever plan on joining the cast of “RHOBH” given that it wouldn’t be his first rodeo, Dr. Nassif said a Bravo comeback is not on the cards for him.

“I think we’re too boring,” he quipped. “Because we’re not going to go in and argue and do all that and start up and really get into it.”

“Brittany can be very saucy,” he added. “So, if you mess with her, she sure can, I can tell you that.”

It seems as though Maloof is also on good terms with Nassif’s wife, Brittany, as in June the trio hung out together in Las Vegas to see the Vegas Golden Knights become Stanley Cup winners.

He even posted an image on Instagram of the trio, as well as eldest son Gavin, at the event.

For her part, Maloof, who owns a stake in the Golden Knights, celebrated her team’s victory on her Instagram account.
