My brother died from his heroin addiction. My mother swallowed 23 pills a day, my sister is also addicted. That’s why I never wanted to take any psychotropic drugs. I just don’t want to become dependent on it. So it sounds contradictory that I wanted to have my depression treated with a drug of all things. But only at first glance. And it was also the last step on a long path that I walked.
