Dentist sentenced to two years in prison for defrauding CPAM

A former dentist was sentenced to two years in prison, including one year, by the Béziers criminal court. It will also have to compensate the civil parties (Health Insurance, MSA and RSI), pay a fine of 30,000 euros.
