A former dentist was sentenced to two years in prison, including one year, by the Béziers criminal court. It will also have to compensate the civil parties (Health Insurance, MSA and RSI), pay a fine of 30,000 euros.
The court found her guilty of fraud for damage amounting to 400,000 euros from 2011 to 2015. No committal
