Death of OJ Simpson: “Good riddance!”, a member of the Kardashian clan does not bother with a tribute

She will not mourn him… Thursday April 11, 2024, the children of former footballer OJ Simpson announced the death of their father in a press release. “On April 10, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, died of his fight against cancer. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. During this time of transition, his family asks that you respect their wishes for privacy and grace.”they wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

On social media, many people reacted to the death of the controversial sports icon. Thirty years earlier, he had been accused of murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend, Ron Goldman, on June 12, 1994. If OJ Simpson had been acquitted of the double murders in October 1995, he had been found responsible for the deaths in 1997 in a civil case brought by the families of the two victims. This one didn’t have not just fansparticularly within the Kardashian clan, to whom he was very close.

Caitlyn Jenner: “Good riddance!”

On X, Caitlyn Jenner did not take a glove after learning of the death of OJ Simpson. “Good riddance !”, she wrote. It must be said that she had no reason to pay tribute to the ex-football star. And for good reason, she is convinced that he murdered Nicole Brown. At the time of the assassination, Caitlyn Jenner was married to Kris Jenner, who was Nicole Brown’s best friend. Robert Kardashian, Kris Jenner’s ex-husband, was OJ Simpson’s lawyer.

In the Australian edition of Big Brother VIP, Caitlyn Jenner confided: “It was an extraordinarily difficult time. Nicole was Kris’ best friend for a long time. I was at Nicole’s house two days before the murder. Obviously he did it and got away with it, and at a at one point, he even said to Nicole: ‘I’ll kill you and get away with it because I’m OJ Simpson’. Nicole repeated this to Kris and unfortunately, she was right…”.

Robert Kardashian knew that his client was guilty. “It is obvious that Robert Kardashian knew his client was guilty”. Affirming that this trial had been hard for Kourtney, Kim and Khloé Kardashian, the star added: “Their father, whom they adore (which is normal), takes one side and we the other. So it was much harder for them than for us. We knew that only too well. Obviously, we were very disappointed by the verdict”.
