Dear Christ Child, this year I would like for you that the Germans treat themselves more. As you know, in recent years I have been traveling a lot in my neighboring country, both professionally and privately, and I am often shocked at how little the richest Germany of all time cares about itself. The public infrastructure has gradually become so run down that one might think that Germany does not have the tax revenues of Germany at its disposal, but has to make do with that of a country on the southern or eastern periphery of the European Union.
