Just in time for Valentine’s Day, RTL announces the 15th season of “Daughter-in-Law Wanted” – for the first time with presenter Angela Finger-Erben.

This announcement should make the hearts of “daughter-in-law wanted” fans beat faster. From March 10, 2024, the iconic dome show will return to the screens and once again promises cozy and strange entertainment. For the first time, the hunt for a suitable daughter-in-law is being carried out by the experienced TV woman following the departure of long-time presenter Vera Int-Veen (56). Angela Finger-Erben (44).

Last year, the new presenter – known, among other things, from the shows “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here! The Hour After” and “Paradise Hotel” – presented in an opening broadcast Eleven bachelors and bachelorettes, including a mother-daughter team. In the 15th season of the cult format, they and their motivated mothers will be looking for true love again.

With new moderation “back to the roots”

According to the RTL announcement, this search takes viewers from the breathtaking foothills of the Alps to the far north and even to the sophisticated Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Angela Finger-Erben revealed the new features of the show under her moderation: “All the bachelors and all the ladies are new, of course. Haha… and they’re all GREAT! We’re going a little back to the roots again – like ‘daughter-in-law wanted’ a few years ago. Loving, wonderfully entertaining and also funny. There’s something for everyone!”

The 15th season’s bachelors and bachelorettes in need of love include the “stately road builder Stephan (54)”, the singing “DSDS” legend Claudia Haas (31) and her mother, the “cook Thomas (42) in need of cuddles”. Party DJ Christian (36) who lives on Mallorca, a down-to-earth bus driver named Ronny (44) and the “friendly caretaker Uwe (50)”.

RTL will show the eight new episodes from March 10th in the usual time slot every Sunday at 7:05 p.m. On RTL+, the new episodes are available seven days in advance.
