Every day, Ukrainians flee from the war in their country. In Dachau alone, the district office recently registered more than 700 refugees. Many of them have had traumatic experiences in the past few weeks. Andreas Miller heads the social psychiatric service of Caritas in Dachau and advises host families who have taken in refugees from Ukraine. In an interview, he explains what to look out for when dealing with traumatized people.
