The smile is on. It sits as securely as Dmytro Taratutenko, arms outstretched, sits atop the prone Mikhail Shashin’s legs stretched skyward. Both looked into the camera lens of the press photographer. It’s the artist’s gaze that signals to the audience after a few breakneck somersaults and twists: “Yes, that was a strong piece, but nothing will happen to us.”
