Knife attack on classmates: 13-year-old expresses himself

In the course of an argument, a 13-year-old apparently stabbed a classmate. The police are investigating and the youth welfare office has been called in.
After the alleged knife attack on a 12-year-old on Wednesday in Harsewinkel in East Westphalia, the investigators assume dangerous bodily harm. Several witnesses had observed the dispute on the street, which may have happened around one o’clock, according to the police on the day of the crime. The investigations are not yet complete. Police are still trying to determine if criminals were involved in the crime. At the age of 13, the alleged attacker is not yet of criminal age.
