The court had been seized in the context of an hour-to-hour summary procedure formulated by the Public Land Establishment (EPF) Paca and the city of Nice, respectively owner and manager of the land on which the circus illegally set up on Monday Morning. The court, which also condemned the circus to pay 2,000 to the plaintiffs for legal costs, decided that the expulsion could be done with the assistance of the police.
“This decision is tough. Knowing that we need six days to dismantle everything. We are in discussion with the prefect to find land.
