The European Court of Auditors puts it as a question: “Are we getting the hang of things?” is the headline of a report by the Luxembourg authority on the future of the car. Or better said: about the future of the combustion car. Its end should be sealed in the EU in 2035, and new vehicles will then no longer be allowed to cause climate-damaging emissions.
