That’s exactly why it’s so popular and the most visited city in Europe after Paris and London. What many tourists miss, however, because they stay too close to the ground: the impressive panorama with its varied topography. The skyline always looks a little different from the different vantage points.
It’s best to get an overview from the top, at one of the highest points in the city.
