As usual, fans of Tom Cruise in the role of super agent Ethan Hunt can expect a medley of breakneck chases, knife fights and explosions.
With daring stunts and fast-paced action scenes, Tom Cruise (60) agrees two months before the theatrical release on “Mission: Impossible 7 – Dead Reckoning Part 1”. The official trailer for the seventh installment in Christopher McQuarrie’s “Mission: Impossible” series was released on Wednesday (local time). Within a few hours, the two and a half minute video was clicked millions of times. Starring Cruise as super agent Ethan Hunt, the film is slated to hit theaters in mid-July.
Cruise, who usually performs his own stunts, crashes a motorcycle over a steep cliff in the trailer, surviving a knife fight on the roof of an express train, explosions and breakneck car chases. His dangerous mission takes him across the globe. Also starring are Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Ving Rhames, Esai Morales and Simon Pegg.
With “Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 2” the grand finale of the series is planned for June 2024.
