Actress Jutta Speidel is disappointed after her participation in “Celebrity First Dates”. Now the broadcaster VOX is reacting.
Jutta Speidel (69) was disappointed after her appearance on the VOX show “Celebrity First Dates”. The actress explained to the “Bild” newspaper: “I only took part in this dating show because of my club ‘Horizont’, but that was edited out of the show. I wasn’t on any dating platforms – and he was an actor. That The whole thing was fake!” VOX now contradicts the latter accusation.
In response to a request from the news agency spot on news, the broadcaster said: “On ‘Celebrity First Dates’, two singles meet for a blind date. This was also the case with Jutta Speidel and her date partner Franz.” The statement continues: “The fact that he has also worked as an amateur actor in the past – in addition to his actual job as a civil servant – has nothing to do with his participation in the format. He simply wanted to get to know a woman. And in the end “Celebrity First Dates” is like in normal life: sometimes it’s a match and sometimes it’s not.”

Jutta Speidel, who has been single for around ten years, told “Bild” on the subject of love that she was not looking for a partner. “I don’t close myself off from it, if it comes, it comes.” Regarding her reason for taking part in the TV show, she explained that she wanted to reach younger people and draw attention to “Horizont”. The actress has been involved with the non-profit organization for over 20 years and helps homeless children and their mothers.
“Celebrity First Dates” (also on RTL+) was on TV at the end of January. Star chef Roland Trettl (52) has been arranging blind dates between two singles for the VOX dating documentary “First Dates – A Table for Two” since 2018 and has now welcomed prominent singles who meet people for the second time in “Celebrity First Dates”. who are not in public. Speidel’s fellow actors Tina Ruland (57) and Mariella Ahrens (54) were also seen.
