Penal orders have been issued against two former employees of the Berlin judiciary for betraying secrets. The two sisters are said to have warned the conspiracy ideologist Attila Hildmann against an arrest warrant.

Data about Hildmann illegally requested
A 33-year-old former employee of the IT department of the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office is said to have retrieved data about Hildmann from the authority’s computer system in November 2020. She is said to have forwarded a list of the proceedings against him and further information to the right-wing extremist Hildmann. In February 2021, she is said to have informed Hildmann and another person about an arrest warrant issued against Hildmann.
Hildmann is being investigated for incitement to hatred, resistance to law enforcement officials and numerous other crimes. Hildmann, formerly known as a vegan chef, became radicalized during the corona pandemic and has been spreading radical anti-Semitic propaganda ever since. The search for Hildmann, who is now in Turkey, is still ongoing.
About the data leak in the agency CTRL_F 2021 reported. For the 33-year-old, who did not want to comment on the allegations at the time, the public prosecutor’s office has now obtained a penalty order from the Berlin-Tiergarten district court with a fine of 180 daily rates of 15 euros each, i.e. a total of 2700 euros.
Noticed in the lateral thinker environment
The then system administrator of the Attorney General’s Office was the focus of the investigations in May 2021. She had previously been noticed several times during police operations, including in the environment of an activist in the lateral thinking scene. During the subsequent check, it turned out that the IT employee had unauthorizedly retrieved data from people from the right-wing extremist and lateral thinking scene. Initially, it was also determined because of attempted evasion of criminal prosecution, but according to the public prosecutor’s office, this accusation was not confirmed.
The sister of the IT employee is said to have informed Hildmann about the arrest warrant. The 35-year-old worked for the Berlin public prosecutor’s office and, according to the authorities, was “entrusted with copying files”. She is said to have photographed the arrest warrant printed on red paper and sent it to Hildmann. For the older sister, the public prosecutor’s office applied for a fine of 70 daily rates of 50 euros each, i.e. 3500 euros. Both sisters were discharged from the judicial service.
The two suspects could not be reached for comment. The penal orders are not yet final. If the accused object, there would be a trial. The District Court of Berlin-Tiergarten confirms the procedures on request.
