THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PARK DEFENDS ITSELF

The management of the park spoke this Saturday: “Antibes Land is a family park and we will do everything so that this kind of incident can never happen again”.

“This carousel has been installed in the park for two years. It is checked each year by inspection offices approved by the Ministry and has not been the subject of any observations. Upon arrival, the police were able, with the operator of the carousel, to carry out the usual checks and found that the attraction did not show any faults,” said Nelson Petit, the park manager.

In early August, a 17-year-old boy lost his life in a merry-go-round accident at Luna Park in Cap d’Agde. This type of incident is increasing, and the question about the quality of the controls of these rides arises.
