It would be like comparing a Mercedes to a Golf.
Dortmund is then already 2 levels below City…
Dortmund is a training club for the big..
The level above is then Bayern like..
Then all the sheikhs/investor associations come on top of that..
Dortmund won’t be able to keep up with that in 10 years…
The ironic thing is:
You tell us, beaming with joy, that you can’t compare ManCity and BVB… and you do exactly that yourself.

Otherwise:
In order to tell us that Man City’s financial advantage (thanks to a complete state as financier) for Dortmund under normal circumstances remains uncatchable for decades, you would not have had to write an extra article now, that’s general knowledge. 
If you were hoping to get someone with this “but ManCity is sooo much better than BVB!” to provoke, unfortunately I have to disappoint you too.
In any case, the truth doesn’t provoke me at all. 
I have one small correction though:
not EVERY investor association is automatically a pike in a carp pond…
