Terrace, garden, beach chair, parking space.” For example, a 68 square meter holiday property is being offered for sale on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. A fitted kitchen, a double bed in the bedroom, a fold-away bed in the living room, the coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the house plus a safe are also included. And the “good rentability” is also touted. All of this has its price. According to the advertisement on the Internet platform Immowelt, the apartment will cost 465,000 euros – without additional costs.
