Surprise in the civil trial between Bushido Arafat Abou Chaker: The proceedings will drag on until next year star learned. Three more witnesses are scheduled to testify in March.

The civil case between Bushido and his former business partner Arafat Abou Chaker surprisingly extends into next year, as the star learned. Instead of a verdict, the Higher Regional Court in Brandenburg announced three more witness hearings this Wednesday. On March 27, 2024, Abou-Chaker’s brother, an employee and a craftsman are scheduled to testify in court.

The Higher Regional Court in Brandenburg (Havel) had previously announced that it would comment on the further course of the trial. It was unclear whether a verdict could also be announced.

The civil dispute concerns seven houses in Rüdersdorf, Brandenburg, which both men purchased together in 2010. After their business separation, the court should clarify who will keep the real estate and what compensation payments should be made to each other. What is particularly controversial is the use of funds amounting to around 750,000 from the common company treasury for the houses.
