Bushido process interrupted – explosive audio file should be examined
A sound recording casts doubt on the credibility of Bushido’s statement against Arafat Abou-Chaker

Actually, a previously secret tape recording should be discussed in the Bushido process. But things turned out differently. The process had to be interrupted due to illness.
The trial of rapper Bushido’s former business partner was interrupted on Wednesday due to illness. The eagerly awaited comments on an alleged audio recording of a meeting between the two men could not be ended at first. Again star reported exclusively, it is a recording that was made secretly at a meeting between the musician and his longtime manager that was decisive for the trial. The audio file was available to the court for the hearing on Wednesday and should be duplicated for all parties involved.
The Berlin clan boss Arafat Abou-Chaker is accused of deprivation of liberty, attempted severe extortion, coercion, dangerous bodily harm and insult. His brothers are said to have been accomplices. The accusation is essentially based on the statements of the rapper, whose real name is Anis Mohamed Ferchichi, and his wife Anna-Maria Ferchichi.
What happened at the meeting on January 18, 2018
The audio file that has now appeared paints a different picture of what happened on January 18, 2018. Accordingly, there were no arguments, no threats and no outbreaks of violence. According to Bushido, Abou-Chaker and his brothers are said to have locked him in, insulted him, threatened and injured him.
In principle, secret recording of conversations is not permitted and is punishable by law. In trials, however, such recordings are not automatically subject to a so-called ban on the use of evidence. The competent court must consider how to deal with it in each case. The trial is scheduled to continue on Monday.
