Bungie’s company culture: employees criticize and have hope

That Bungie as a company has a policy that internally translates as “no tolerance for assholes” is not true, according to the report. That Bungie is seriously interested in improvements is confirmed by the sources of IGN. They felt that Bungie was actually on the way to creating a better and more inclusive corporate culture, even if the road was still a long one. The management is assumed to have good intentions, it is just not clear to them how exactly they can implement them in a target-oriented manner. The mood among the respondents is described as optimistic. Unannounced projects, whose teams were enthusiastically discussed, give hope. They would represent a new kind of culture at Bungie, where teams are more culturally diverse and create a positive work culture. According to the report, they are proving that Bungie is willing and able to actually make the values ​​expressed outwardly a reality.
