Bruce Springsteen postpones all concerts from 2023 to 2024 to “recover from ulcer”

American singer Bruce Springsteen, immense rock star, announced on Wednesday the postponement to 2024 of his concerts planned for this year in the United States in order to “recover from a gastric ulcer”.

The “Boss”, who has just turned 74 and who had already postponed his September concerts “has continued to recover well from a gastric ulcer in recent weeks and will continue his treatment for the rest of the year” 2023 , according to a press release on X (ex-Twitter)adding that “all remaining concert dates in 2023 will be postponed to 2024”.

“Thank you to all my friends and fans for their well wishes, encouragement and support. I’m feeling better and can’t wait to see you all next year,” Springsteen wrote again. New concert dates in 2024 will be announced soon, concerts for which the 2023 tickets will obviously be valid or refunded if necessary within 30 days, specifies the megastar’s press release.

At the beginning of September, the “Boss” announced that he was postponing planned shows with his E Street Band for the rest of September. The singer was scheduled to perform in Syracuse the next day, in New York State, then in the northeastern United States and Ohio until the end of the month, after finishing a series of three concerts at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, his home state.
