The ASV unicyclist Svenja Stronzik has been one of the best freestylers in Germany for years. Now she is also officially one of the best in the world in the U21 age group: At the Unicycle World Championships in Grenoble, the native of Dachau won bronze in the freestyle competition and with the Bavarian team also silver in the team competition. “The best thing apart from qualifying was meeting the other athletes, seeing their new tricks and generally exchanging ideas,” says the 20-year-old architecture student. After two years without competitions, she faced all the competition for the first time during qualification.
