British Princess Kate has to stay in hospital for around ten to fourteen days after an operation. Details about the procedure are not given.

princess Kate has to spend some time in hospital after abdominal surgery and is unable to attend appointments for several weeks. The procedure was planned and was successful, the wife of heir to the throne Prince William announced via the official channel of Kensington Palace on the online platform X.

The 42-year-old will now spend ten to fourteen days in the clinic before continuing to recover at home. She probably won’t appear in public again until after Easter at the earliest.

The palace did not provide any details about the nature of the operation. The daughter-in-law of King Charles III. hope the public will respect her desire for privacy for herself and her three children. “Kensington Palace will therefore only report on Her Royal Highness’s progress when important new information is available,” it said. Kate apologizes to everyone affected by appointment cancellations.
